With due respect,
I hereby inform you that We have purchased Bicycle 29 MACIMUS-D 24SPD 17.5 inch vide Tax Invoice No L3/SIM/100438 dated 16 Mar 2020. The product was purchased from Champs Proline Fitness Panaji (Goa).
My cycle was fully rusted within one year. I raised the issue regarding Champs Proline Fitness Panaji (Goa). He has not interested in raising my complaint to the company. He just provide me in Goa reason manager Mr Amrish his mobile number is 8956602702. I further inform that again I contact to Mr Amrish he said that the raised a complaint with customercare@firefoxbikes.com.
I just inform you that no body take any responsibility after the sale of product. I further inform take immediate action please.
