We shifted from Bangalore to Jaipur on 31 March'2016 through Agarwal Packers and Movers,DRS. We want to log a complaint about
1. Service not provided as told, we have paid for seperate container/truck,our items were send in sharing,
(Price difference between both were appox Rs 20,000),Very less manpower were provided to pack and unpack,unloading the items,packing material was not sufficient and was of very bad quality, no one has given a handover of the items to us till now.
2.Items are damaged alot, no one is coming for repairs inspite of daily reminder to them.
3. Harassment by staff at all levels from Bangalore to Jaipur to there corporate office,they don't reply,don't pick up the calls,very rude .

All the above complaints have been informed to their office many times .

    I have logged a complaint against A Garway packers and movers DRS but I have not received any revert on that.

    Agarwal Packers and movers Mr kuldeep the cheat by Aditya pragada:

    I used there service to shift from Vijayawada to Delhi and payed them 65000 rs upfront for a direct container transfer from Vijayawada to delhi. They had packed my stuff and loaded in a container and locked it with a seal infront of me, and Mr kuldeep Kumar told me that now the same seal will open in Delhi infront of me.
    But I was shocked when my stuff had arrived in Delhi they had changed the container to a smaller one and hence the seal also changed.Some of my things were damaged .
    When I called Mr kuldeep the cheat he just did not answer to any question and was just avoiding any question I asked him.
    Please avoid Aggarwal Packers and instead use local vendors , I guess they will be better because Aggarwal guys will talk all sweetly and all but once you pay the money they will cheat you.
    I tried to complain about Mr kuldeep to Aggarwal Packers helpline but they also ignored it.
    So specially in Vijayawada avoid cheats like kuldeep Kumar and abhijeet.
    I am attaching there visiting card so that other guys should not be cheated by him.
