Complain of vishal mega mart carry bags.

Sir,
It is to be informed that i m a regular customer of vishal mega mart since years but today i has done shopping and am very disappointed at the carry bags provided by vishal mega mart.
These bags are of very poor quality and uncapable to carry items even of two kilos. They charge rs 10 for each bags which is totally cheating to the customers.
Today my all items fell down on the busy road after bag is torn and some items are destroyed
So it must be instructed to the vishal mart authorities to change the paper bags with cloths bags as these paper bags are undurable and unconvent to customers.
