My insurance covers physical damage of the phone. I called to claim my insurance on 08/04/16. they gave me a complain id D2642805937. on 11/04/16, a official from company came and picked my phone. i was told that they would return my phone within 20 days. Now its 30/05/16, i can't even get any any updates about my phone neither on website nor by phone.

Sir,
It is informed you that a mobile set bear Samsung J-5 was purchased on 05.06.2016. The said set get damaged due to fall and it was under Insurance coverage. After damage on there was insurance coverage, a claim was filed to repair the mobile set but your authority have rejected the claim on the ground that the applicant is a minor. If a minor neither can nor claims Insurance coverage, then how the company can receive premium from a minor and how the policy can be accepted.
This may be served into with utmost preference.

Sir,
I have insured my mobile phone with above mentioned company.
My phone got damaged, so I send it to them to repair. After one of waiting they said that it can not be repaired by us. We are send your handset back to you. Also we will send you a cheque worth 40% of You invoice.
Since then again Around one month has passed and their is no cheque the company has sent to me.

I had downloaded an app called wordbrain and was playing word games for 3 to 4 days, since it was taking up a lot of my time, i discontinued using it. I then started getting messages like hello and hi from the app, to which i did not respond. However 2days back, i got a threat sounding message saying they know where i stay. I am not sure, how can they send such messages to a customer. I have uninstalled the app but it was quite disturbing. What can be done against such apps.

I claimed damage repair on my phone from apps you need insurance company complaint id DMAR22085 they picked my phone on 17/03/17 and till date today i havent recived my phone its been more than two months with no news of my phone please guide me what to do?
I have made numerous attempts of contacting them asking them on toll free each time they say 4-5 days more they have been playing with me like this since over a month there has to be a protection from fraudulents like this as a cosumer i dont know what to do please help.
