About irregularities and and taking charge but didn't deliver

M/s jiya indane is gas supply agency in tensile :- Bayad ,District :- Arvalli, Gujarat. This agency didn't have regular time to distribute gas bottle in our village, some time don't come in our village.
And second one they are taking charges rupee 30 for delivering bottle house to house but in our street or fali.
No customers helpline number in this agency.
