Symphony VFD product making unbearable noise

2 months back, I purchased Symphony VFD for Symphony Venti-Cool 20U to control the speed. It's making such a loud noise which is unbearable. I am following up with company for fixing or refund but they say their product will make such a huge noise. Pathetic response from Symphony for a Rs. 17000 product. I complained via their website but there is no response. Please help me getting refund.
