Wen I visited the shop to purchase Ac.and I was clear about what I was looking .into was looking to buy 1.5 ton Ac. And the sale rep showed me the same .and l have got final prise for the 1.5 ton. And I have paid the amount which was to be paid .and they did not give me any slip for what I payed .and my delivery was for the next day went I seen the products was deliverd my bile says 1 Ton.which was not agreed by me .so I call the show room to ask why I was deliverd.thexpecting answer was not so polights and was not given and proper explanation by the staff as well the manager and his talk was so rude to me .please tack action the show room coz customers service is the worst service with them .and the delivery charge all so was given by us as 300 rs.
