i have disconnected connection of youbroadband and handed my modem to their executive Mr. Hiren Padhiyar on dtd. 07/06/2017. they said that refund i.e. security deposit of Rs. 1000 will be refunded within 45days. but when i call the customer care on 28/08/2017 and filed a complaint with complaint number 2017082826362 with Mr. Anmol Jain, he said refund is processing in 45 working days but as it is already been late you will get your refund within two days. but he refused to pay the penalty for the late from their end, when we are fail to pay their dues on due date they charge us but they refuse to pay......

and still i have not received by refund yet....
