Xolo Service center is not repairing the phone under waarenty

I submitted my phone on 24th April 2015 and from then this phone is with them due to several issue and the last time i submitted my phone on 29th of May for Battery is not charging, so after one week they reverted my phone and when i checked the issue was so i asked the same to them then they told me that they can not do more than that. not sure what to do now.
