    Sir,
    This is to inform you kindly that I had purchased Xolo Era Mobiles from your company by online .my mobile touch screen is not working I had delivered this mobile for repairing since a month back in your service centre i.e. S.S.Telecom Dakbanglow Road ,Patna ,Phone 8271142222 But the said mobile was return to me after keeping on month on the plea that its spare parts are not available, now it is un-repairable. Though I was ready to pay the actual repairable cost.
    I am fully astonished to know that your company is very much reliable and famous which can not repair a simple mobile, Please inform me, how it can be.
