I ordered American tourister trolley bag on 23-Oct-2019 worth rs ~2699 and they delivered a Mop (jhadu pocha wala saaman) at the same time I raised the ticket for replace / return the item on 25-oct-2019 but they refused my complain.Please help me in this regard.
