Wrong Product Delivered

I ordered for W Women Pink and Blue Jumpsuit from Myntra on 28/03/23 and Myntra delivered a pink and blue roadside top torned, buttons broken,without any price tag. Reverse pick up was arranged by Myntra on first attempt delivery partner refused to accept the product. Myntra customer care executive and Acceleration supervisors and managers admitted it's Myntra mistake they dispatched the wrong product and it's a human error. They said they have approved return for the wrong product so this time delivery partner will accept it and refund will be initiated as soon as the product is picked up. Once again return picked up was arranged by Myntra but this time delivery agent didn't come to pick up the product and provided fake information that the customer wants reschedule pickup. Again intimated Myntra about the incident that fake attempt of pick up was made by delivery agent. Myntra asked for few days time to investigate and on the given date they said Myntra delivered a right product. They are harrassing the customers providing fake informations. My amount of Rs1599 is lying with Myntra. I am an elite member of Myntra which means I very frequently buy from Myntra on regular basis. I am a genuine buyer.In today's scenario money is hard earned by everyone. It's really painful to see your hard earned money going to vain without any fault of yours. Myntra's acceleration supervisors, managers, case manager all are fooling customers by wasting customers time, money and delivering wrong products. They make customer wait for hours to speak to them and when available make fake promises and ask to wait for few more days for resolution which they don't provide.I want refund of Rs. 1599 or the correct product which I ordered from Myntra. Hoping that you will help me in this respect.
