Why Loco App Is Not Crediting My Beans ??

Hello Loco Team,
I Am An Streamer On Loco App And I Have Streamed On Loco App And I Have Gained Approx 1,35,000 Beans In May 2022 And Approx 30,000 Beans In June 2022 Month And Loco App Has Not Credited A Single Bean To My Account For Both Of The Months.
I Have Tried Different Methods To Contact Loco To Know That Why Loco Has Not Credited My Beans But No Response.
Now Please Reply Me When Will I Get My Beans Or Tell Me That Why I Have Not Got Credited My Beans.
