I have an ipad which is still under warranty, a few days ago its power adapter stopped working so apple suggested me maple which is the closest apple authorised service centre for a free replace of the adapter.I called maple via their toll free number and they told me to go to mangalore inorder to get it replaced . I travelled 150kms and spent a day for that and they didnt replace my adaptor even though there was no physical damage to it . They refused to do so by saying its bought from saudi so they cant replace
