i had purchased a diamond set worth 4 lakh odd from a gitanjili store in goa. after 3 years, i wished to return it for exchange as promised by the staff at gitangili. but after three years, the store is offering me the exact same price for the set . i am totally disgusted with this company as after three years, the value remains exactly the same- i dont believe it. please redress my compliant
