Vodafone disconnected my number

VODAFONE .....The worst customer service ever.
After using the number for almost 2 years when I took a postpaid plan they suddenly disconnect my number and reason being my verification is not correct. They tell me I do not stay where I have been staying since I was born and where even my mother and her mother were born and brought up. Also this is after giving them a copy of passport, pan card and driving licence. And their employee collected this document from my place and came 3-4 times at place in the process of postpaid plan. ITS BEEN 5 DAYS NO NETWORK AND THEIR EMPLOYEE TELLS ME DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO.
