i had paid five hundered rupees for purchasing patrol at tha ESAAR PETROL PUMP The payment was debicted from my UPI PHONE PAY ACCOUNT. my UTR no.is -919510544940.But the petrol pump was refused that payment didn't credited in their account no. they was recieved five hundred rupees in cash once again from me. now totally i had to pay one thousand rupees. i and i had recevied petrol worth five hundred rupees. i gained a big loss of five hunderd rupees.
so please you are requested to take action as per rule at my complaint
