TVS ENTORQUE 125 ,GEAR STARTER IDLE ,IS UNAVAILABLE IN ODISHA

We have purchased a TVS ENTORQUE 125 In yr 2020. For last 1month we have been struggling WITH SELF START. After many days of consulting mechanics of tvs showroom , it's come to point where we are searching for a part called GEARE STARTER IDLE. which is unavailable at various locations irrespective of our nearest state.
In ODISHA the part is unavailable. Same with CHHATISGARH also.
We have throughly called evry big cities Showroom and big franchises selling Auto parts. evry where this item Which is mentioned at No 32 Of ur Parts Catalogue. With PRODUCTS NO - R1080550.

Plz calrify If we are ever Going to find this part or not. Also kindly help us arrange the part to our nearest pincode Showroom .that will be a great help for us. Attaching some Pictures which is the parts need to be changed for the SELF START TO WORK SMOOTHLY.
