Tv apps not working for different channels

Since Dec.2019 my Jio Fiber active ,it has been not working properly. After every 4 to 5 days some app are not working properly. Sometimes they ask for subscriptions even I have paid to JioFiber for my silver package.so I discontinue for around three months. Again in June I rejoin my connection for Jio Fiber for silver plan. But same problem arising after every 4 or 5 days and I have to call their Customercare. So I am tired from them and after every reminder they do nothing. This is mental torcher for me and my family as well. If any body wants or they can check from their record that how many times I called their customer care and watts app number.
