    One of the worse internet service provider, no response from support team for any techinical issue. From last week my internet is not working..after so many calls and follow up they fix my issue after 6 days, again after 2 days internet stop working .. And I tried to call all possible number to reach them but no response from there side..they are least worry about customer problem ..they just want there Full money on there , whether customer able to use Internet or not ..
    If any know how to file a complaint in consumer forum regarding this.kindly help

    The service provider is a joke. Being promised a speed of 50 Mbps we are either getting no signals or an awesome speed of 2 Mbps .

    The customer care is not registering the complaints and no engineer has come to take action.

    It’s been two days, my Internet is not working. Tried calling all the customer care numbers but there is no response. I have to work from home and there is no internet. Pathetic service.
    Can anyone help me regarding this?
