Sir when this tab samsung galaxy 2 core gtp 3100 was purchased by my son with id amangautam87@gmail.com which has been set by u in this tab , moreover applications r locked by him whose code I dont know, now I m using it as he has moved to australia, now being senior citizen I reqest u to omit his name , nd his code to open the applications , so that I may not find any difficulty while using it.pls do the needful at an earlist thanx hoping for early action .I cant come to u as I m a elderly 63yrs old lady.
