THERMOKING GEYSER TANK LEAKAGE WITHIN WARRANTY PERION

I had purchased a Thermoking geyser last year which is still under warranty. There is leakage is geyser tank due which water collected and short circuit happened. I have tried to contact several times on Thermoking customer care/contact numbers but nobody is responding.
