The complaint against netmate company they are supplying wrong medicine to me and they have no refun

Respected sir I have ordered medicine for my mother she is suffering from sugar and blood pressure I ordered two netmed company on 18 December. The order ID is 163 9822 47 790101 49 ASO1.
And invoice number is CSHX 102 10289 198.
I have ordered Trippin om20 tablet but the deliver medicine is different the delivery medicine is Tripin om 40. Then I have received parcel and the sea of the open the box the medicine will be delivered wrong to us
Then have immediately call to the netmeds customer care and I clearly say my complaint to the company's customer care executive. And request to the customer care executive to please arrange my parcel return and immediately send to me the correct medicine. But till date no refund no parcel return And no actual medicine will be provided from the company. I called lots of time companies customer care number different type of Executive entertainers and say in one day into hour we will solve your problem and arrange the pickup and request to refund. Till date they will not do any return parcel arrangement and know any refund to my account. It's so careless company behaviour some customer care executive say to me you will give a complaint to our company's mail with your with you are wrong medicine products photo and detail complaint I am giving to 7:00 time email too companies email ID. Then today I will purchase the fried medicine in my city prom medical. I am so frustrated from this type of service provided from the netmed company. I demanded to 1 lakh rupees amount for compensation and one years of medicine for my mother mother from the company. Company have no manner about the patients my mother 54 years aged they have daily medicines for his diagnosis diabetic and blood pressure lots of time I will request to the company please immediately send to me correct medicine for my mother but they have no response from their company.
