subsidy money not being transferred to bank a/c

Previously cash was being transferred to my state bank account. But since last two cylinders I have purched, my subsidy money is not being deposited in my account. Today I have booked for another cylender. In a year, I book less than 8 cylenders. Nobody in the agency Istadeep Indane is prepared to listen to the complain. Whether I will get my money or not?
