Some problem in my 2nd cylinder

I have taken double gas connection from nishad gas agency .My 1st cylinder was good but 2nd cylinder is not working means not flame while this is full by gas.Just I have no any cylinder please solve this problem as soon as possible.I will always thankful to you.
I have tried many times on cell.
