These people are really fraud and scam. Don't trust on their fake 4/5 star ratings on google. These are paid ones. You won't get anything what they promise. I have never seen such a ridiculous and shameless staff in any company.

Recently from the last 3 months, I have been in touch with the customer Care team person Mr. Shahrukh and Reservation Team Person Mr Amit who are constantly trying to ignore my query of 4Nights & 2 Rooms as was promised by one of their team member Ms. Kusum ( Mail already shared with the reservation and customer care team) by either saying that Property is not available due to Peak Season or now saying that You can’t claim more nights in a year.

Sometimes they say that second room is available on tariff, When the second room is not available with them then how the same could be provided by them at tarrif. This is beyond imagination that these people are after money of the people by fooling them and persuading them.

I don’t understand when they promise you something, then why don’t they stick to that and provide the service. Afterwards these people say we are providing the services but you are not understanding us.

Now these people are so shameless that they are not even answering the phone rather telling their colleagues to say that the person is not available at the moments.

Every time you call, every time different answer is received. Even they are not agreeing to the words of the Ex-employee of the company Mr Anuj Kalra who persuaded us to take the 3 years Studio membership.

This is really Scam and Fraud on their part, they will take the hard earned money of yours and do not even entertain you properly rather will go round things off by talking insensibly and not even understanding the point being raised.

Don’t know how the Indian actor Mr. Sharman Joshi awarded this company with India’s Most trusted brand as this is the Most UNTRUSTED BRAND EVER of INDIA

Don't recommend Pacific Holiday to anyone. I would its better to plan you vacation on your own instead of buy this kind of policy.

Strict actions should be taken against the director Mr. Rehan Akhtar and his employees for the fraud being done by them.
