samsung 64gb memory card is duplicate and not working

Hi team I'm arvind sharma. I have ordered a Samsung 64gb memory card on 27th July 2016 on bookmyoffer.com. My order number is 080467759008710. I received this order on 4th Aug 2016 near about 4pm. When I check this memory card I'm very upset about this memory card because this memory card is crept. When I go to samsung care they told me that is duplicate memory card. This memory card is duplicate and not working . I called many times on customer care number but nobody received and call automatically discontinued. I'm sending many emails to cc@bookmyoffer.com and care@bookmyoffer.com from 5th Aug 2016 but nobody reply to me. Please replace this product or refund my money.
