    Iam studying in Polytechnic diploma complete G H Raisoni collage Nagpur 2019 passout. But 2019 to 2022 this time period not studying and collage admition , This year we are admition in Engineering collage making a caste validity certificate . The collage sir is not issues to you Form No. 15 A to covering letter . The student section sir is told I'm not generated covering letter you issue and told you are passing year 2019 and 3 year gap period. The sir are you request a covering letter to issue college and my studying break to continue Engineering degree is complete please help us
