i travelled on date 19/06/2015, from vikramshilla EXP. from mka to anvt S10(sleeper), I saw one toilet reserved for safiwala his material like pocha ,jharu, and phynal.and safiwala own seat sale to another passenger Rs1000/- per passenger.

plz look into matter
