Regarding.. wrongly bid forcing on me

Hello sir I'm Ritesh Ridliyan i was did the bid on 12/4/23 at shriram automall nasrapur my bid number is 126 and that day someone's bid is register on my bid number and after few minutes later i asked to them cancel the bid which is register on my bid number by mistakly but they said it will be 10k fine charged I was disappointed and regularly requesting them to cancel that bid after next day Area manager Rahul Sir said ur bid will be cancel and you get refund full amount but now they saying 5k will be cut in your deposit this is totally unfair please do something and refund me full amount of my deposit thank you
