Dear sir my aircel no is 7844840020 a sms services is active due to which each day some amount is being cut i tried to contact air cel customer care but they always busy please help in this matter thanks sameer siddharth

    Dear Customer,

    This is in reference to your concern dated on 24/10/2016 regarding the balance deductions.

    As per the records, there is a balance deduction of Rs 12/- towards the SMS pack activated on 19/10/2016.

    However, we have deactivated the service and Rs.12/- credited back within 48 hours.

    We request you to avoid clicking on any WAP links popping-up during browsing.
