I have puchased one Grand I10 on 01.04.2015. Your company has claimed more amount of insurance than the actual amount billed. They are delay-dallying to refund the excess amount to my SBI account which has already been SMS to your Sales executive Ms. Seema. I request you to settle the pending issue since 01.04.2015.
