PPO Pension not Recieved from Jan 18 to Till date - EPF PENSION OFFICE

Dear Sir/Madam,
PPO Pension not received from Jan 2018 to till date.
and I Filled online Life certificate form in pension office in Jalandhar on Dec 2017.
But Till now I not Received Pension.
I confirmed from pension office and he said pension stopped by bank.
but I also confirmed with bank and they said pension stopped by Pension office.
So please tell me what can I do?
so I humble Request to please release my pension and I also second time again filled online life certificate from Hoshiarpur.

please check and confirm.
