Hi team,

I have purchased Lenovo Z570 Ideapad series laptop with below details on 17/08/2013:

Serial number: WB05780105
Product number: 59321133

However, there seems to be a problem with the power supply. The laptop is not booting up.

Can you please assist me with this?
