i have purchased kaju katri of amul 500gm but it's taste is bitter (at last ) I have also complain to amul several times but just say that someone will will get u from the company and will resolve this but from last 20-30 day nothing happens they always argue with customer and their intention iis like they says it will resolve but no one ever called from their company moreover i have wrote an email to their email address but AGAIN NO RESPONSE ITS JUST GIVING ME UNNECESSARY STRESS as i am not able to eat not able to return and take my money back kindly help me to sought out this problem

the most important thing is they don't respond my grievances when i call amul customer care and register complain they said it will be sorted in 2-3 days but nothings happens from 40 days and its wasting my time and energy to complain for this this to here and there everytime
i request to take action on AMUL as their consumer complaint section is poor and people their doest revert back, poor management
