Dear Sir Madam,


I was submitted my mobile phone on 28-Sep -2015 JVM Technosol Pvt Ltd this is a authoraized service center of Karbonn Mobile ... when was go back to collect my phone they told me that due to fire my phone is lost will provide you repalcement shortaly, till date have not received my phone from the service center they told me that with a month you will get your phone but 2.5 month has been passed still i have not received my phone from the service center...As cusumer i am  suffring since last 3 month they are not responding proparly to me they were given me 3-4 time but i didnt received my mobile phone...today again they have given me next 2 months time they are not confirming any date they are trying to cheat me


Request to please help me to get my phone return no boday is ready listen to me
