Phone battery issue & phone not able on.

We have purchase karbonn s2 plus from reliance digital at the time of purchase products its getting problem in battery back up I asked many time store keeper how's getting problem but they have assured to me after one month battery back will be improve.now however my phone getting off and now its not going to on while charging etc.
Please look in to matter on priority and do the needfull urgently.please revert asap.
