COMPLAINT :
I , Prashant shet R/o Hubli (9901129822) today visited urban oasis mall on 24/10/2019 at around 2030 hours and to have dinner with my friend and in 2nd floor Goal restaurant purchased a water bottle (AQUAFINA ) brand and the shopkeeper asked me to pay Rs30/- for water bottle I told him why r u over charging me when the MRP is Rs 20/- on the bottle bearing BN .5326E12J19 DATED 12/10/2019 MRP 20/- HE GAVE ME THE BILL - BILL NO 11257 DATE 24/10/2019 TIMING 20:46 (ATTACHED BILL COPY PIC)(WATER BOTTLE PIC)
I TOLD THE SHOP PERSON 10 TIMES THAT YOU CANNOT OVER CHARGE ME OR ANY CUSTOMER OVER AND ABOVE MRP BUT SHOP PERSON SAID ITS 30 RS ONLY HERE ITS MALL AND BILL IS FOR 20 RS ONLY .
I WAS THIRSTY TOOK THE BOTTLE AND TOOK BILL AND TOLD HIM WOULD RAISE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS HARASSMENT AND LOOT .
SHOPKEEPER SAID DO ANYTHING WE CHARGE SAME TO ALL CUSTOMERS ALL OTHERS BUYING IT EVERYDAY ETC AND CAUSED ME MENTAL AGONY AND MY RIGHT HAS BEEN AFFECTED IN THIS SHOP .
KINDLY REGISTER MY COMPLAINT AND REGISTER A CASE AGAINST THIS RESTAURANT IMMEDIATELY .
I WOULD DEMAND COMPENSATION AND WANT THIS SHOP TO BE PUNISHED ACCORDINGLY .(ATTACHED PROOF)
