Dear Zomato Team,
I have faced horrible experience with your services. I ordered from Eden Restaurant, Agra Road, Jaipur (ID no. 1028715869) today in morning.
Delivery boy denied to come on address to deliver the order, I called him so many times and he didn't pick up the phone.
Your customer care executive had a conference call with either owner/ delivery boy but he refused to deliver. He threatened your executive to close the Zomato device, if any cancellation charges imposed on him.
He also warned me to "Black List" in Zomato.
I also contacted your live chat system, but no response received.
Finally, no order received but message showing that order delivered. I used Paytm to order payment, which also debited.
Kindly arrange to revert my charges and take suitable action against Eden Restaurant, Agra Road for misbehaving, wrong communication, negative attitude.
