I recharged for Rs 449 on 11/6/2015,according to the tariff plans which were given in the reliance official webpage. But now the plans have been updated and i can't get a connection not even at 144 kbps.

Also i would like to convey that the previous plan said that for Rs 449, I would get Truly unlimited usage for 15 days and i didn't know truly unlimited meant only upto 7GB your website showed just truly unlimited and did not mention anything about upto 7GB. This was truly frustrating making customers like us fools.I would like to get immediate response please.
