Not Responding to my Given Application for issue the IEC code on the name of PV EXIM to DGFT

I am given in writing to withdrawing my application for issue the IEC code on the name of PV EXIM to DGFT, Kandla special economic zone, Gandhidham - Kutch (370230). Because the deficiencies raised by them in that application that cannot be possible to fulfill in that current application of IEC Code. Therefore I request him to cancel this application Process of PV EXIM. so that I can apply for new fresh application for IEC code as per there requirement. But they not Cancel it.

I am given in written to cancel my application on 10-10-2016 but till now no reply received them and I meet him personally in his office but they dose not responding for it. Just telling that its takes time but how much time it will takes that not telling and ignoring by them.

Application was submitted on 23-2-2016 in online submission to DGFT, Kandla special economic zone, Gandhidham - Kutch (370230).
