not receiving 100rs in paytm

i had purchased DIXCY SCOTT underwear which claims 100rs in paytm wallet after sending sms in 48hrs. I send msg on 3rd sept 2021 and I did not received paytm rewards till now please help there is no customer care number to talk to them for this issue
