Not able to repair Broken Display for KARBONN A1

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased KARBONN A1 and The Worst service I have seen from Sri Sai communications. They kept Mobile for 8 months and finally returned with as un repaired. It's like a Galli mobile repair shop and no one communicates properly. Please do not buy KARBONN mobiles, their service is not at all good. In Google also it shows as authorized service centre but it's not authorized. When you claim with company they say it's not their authorized service center.
