I have booked one railway ticket from Haridwar to Bhopal on 3 Aug 2019. PNR number was 2746659134 through paytm platform of One97 Communications LTd..
Train got cancelled on 6 Aug 2019 (date of travel) and IRCTC confirmed that refund has been processed on 7 Aug 2019 and amount refunded to booking agent.However One97 Communications (paytm platform) has not made any refund to consumer despite calling their helpline multiple times.
