I HAV PURCHAGE THE ALTO 800 FROM TRUE VALUE PLATEFORMS AT HARMU, RANCHI, JHARKHAND. THE SEAFTY FEATHERS REGARDING REAR SEAT BELT WAS NOT INSTALLED AT THE TIME OF PURCHAGEING, THE OFFICIAL TOLD THAT IT IS NOT MANDATRY AND WILL BE POSTED LATER IF REQUIRED. THE GOVT. HAS ISSUED CIRCULARS/ DIRECTIONS FOR MANDATORY SEAT BELT FOR REAR SEAT. HENCE IT SHOULD BE INSTALLED IN MY CAR ALSO THROUGH TRUE VALUE PLATEFORM.
