Non delivery of Cylinder & improper Behaviour

My Consumer no is:- CX10008722, Deliver Boy Mr. Lalla built an argument with my wife on cylinder condition on 02/06/2015 & not only did he refused to give cylinder but also rudely behaved. It is a very serious matter if no action taken I may have to complain on Consumer forum & legal action can also be persuaded in this regard.

Kindly get the cylinder delivered & instruct the delivery boy to behave normally with customers.
