No vaccancy for S/C candidate

Sir, I am Arun Kumar, I am S/C and I am M.A.(Education),B.Ed, and NET qualified , there is no vaccancy for the post of assistant professor for S/C in any University or college.If there are vaccancies,and we reach to interviews, we face discrimination and hate.We are not selected, instead of selectINg us , they ignored us and Chang our S/C quota in to general quote and make an advertisement for the recruitment for the same posts which were for S/C candidates. So I apeal you to pay attention to very poor condition of S/C candidates.
