Dear sir/ Maam

We try to call over the phone to indent for the Gas, but unfortunately no one replies to our call. The bell either keeps ringing or continuous engages. Very frustrating to get the booking done. We need to leave all our work and stand in the que to get the booking done.

Would appreciate some good customer service and some dedicated people to handle this portfolio with more sensitivity.
