This complaint is regarding the bathroom services running in Cherai beach. This is said to be run by a trust by name wingers, with approval from Pancras at. They collect Rs.10 per head for bathroom and Rs.5 per head for toilets. Most of the washrooms do not have light and water. The ladies washroom does not even have winDow. There is only low height ventilators, which anyone can peek in. When we as know ed for receipt, they said they do not give any receipt and when asked why the washroom is not clean and no water, they respond back with utmost arrogancentre that I am not sitting here to wash toilets for you. Per day there are thousands of people visit this beach and with 10 per head they make lakhs in a day and with no receipt this becomes totally unaccountable and non taxable. Request to file a complaint against this and help provide proper neat and clean service with proper inspections
