No fair chart complaint against BSRTC, travling from patna to bihar sharif through BSRTC

Dear sir/mam,
greetings of the day!!!
As i am travling from patna to bihar sharif through BSRTC. As i have asked regarding fair for the partucular distance he haven’t shown any chart and demanded me INR 60 instead of this he has given two ticket have ticket no.- 1026685 of amount 25 and ticket no.- 0620785 of amount 60. I think this is the brake fair but i am traveling directly to biharsharif from patna. I request please have a proper fair chart or ticket

    BSRTC bus driver of bus number BR 11L 1552 travelling to Purnia has hit our car and damaged severely from behind near Gandhi Maidan Thana, Patna at 9:00 pm on 3rd June 2019.

    Tried stopping the bus but it zoomed past in a very high speed. There is no complaint forum for any complaints against BSRTC. Tried calling the helpline number for Bihar CM Nitish Kumar but the person answering there was not able to guide anything. He just asked to search on the net.

    It is highly disappointing to see this kind of rash driving just in front of the police station in peak traffic time and not even a single place to complain.

    Please guide me to the complaint forum/ number for BSRTC.

    Conductors asking for more than the fixed fares. by Abhishek Pandey:

    Respected Sir/Mam,

    The bus conductor is asking for extra fare and when the passenger asks for the fare chart they the conductor is quarrelling with the passenger. He even tried to get into a fight with the passengers.

    I am not filling his complaint as an individual, but as a representative of all the passengers in the bus. This is not something expected from Bihar. And this is the reason why Bihar is so underdeveloped in current time.

    We request you to take a step against the conductors and drivers of the respective buses. This is not happening only in our bus but in all other buses also, this is the ongoing situation.

    Not only that, the conductor is also denying for the ticket. He is even using vulgar words while quarrelling with the passengers.

    Again, we request you to take a productive step against the matter.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Yesterday(07th April 2021), I travelled from Patna Junction to Dhanki More vide Bus Registration No. BR01PH3376 (which belongs to B.S.R.T.C.).

    The bus conductor namely Mr. Mukesh Kr. Thakur (as per Bus Ticket) had refused to taken coin of 1 Rupee. As per Bus Conductor of B.S.R.T.C. (Coin of 1 Rupee is not a legal currency in India)

    If there are some seats reserved for ladies in the bus why they didn't give us that seat.
    System is worst specially for ladies and girls.

    Today I am traveling from biharsharif to patna
    When I didn't get any seat then I requested to give ladies seat at biharsharif bus stand, but they didn't give me ladies seat. They argued with me and when I told to bus conductor he also told me that he can't do anything.
    My question is ,
    If there is some seats reserved for ladies
    Why didn't he give me
    System is worst
    I have faced a lot from regarding this.
    If you can't do anything please delete महिला from the seats.
